The Riddle School Board is pleased to announce that a contract for Superintendent of the Riddle School District has been offered to Erika Dockweiler.
Mrs. Dockweiler is currently the Director of Student Services in the La Grande School District, in Northeast Oregon, where she has worked since September 2021. Previous to La Grande, Mrs. Dockweiler held a dual position as the Superintendent and Elementary Principal in the Enterprise School District; Elementary Principal in the Winston-Dillard School District; Elementary Teacher, Literacy Coach and Instructional Consultant in the Lebanon School District; and Day Treatment Supervisor for St. Mary’s Home for Boys in Beaverton.
There were 24 completed applicants for the Riddle School District Superintendent position. The board interviewed 3 finalists for the position on April 8th. Mrs. Dockweiler will assume the duties of superintendent beginning July 1, 2026.
